If you are using Windows Security:
1.Type Windows Security in the search bar.

7.Select New and then click on DWORD (32-bit).
8.Name the new DWORD as ” AllowOSUpgrade “.
9.Right-click on it.
10.Select Properties.
11.Type 1 in the Value Data section.
12.Click on OK to save the changes.
13.Restart your PC.
Method 4 – Enable And Run Important Windows Services:
When Windows services are not working correctly, then this issue can also occur. Here is how you fix it:

2.Type services.msc
