Method 2 – Change The Video Output On VLC:

1.Open the Preferences on VLC again.
2.In the bottom left corner, you will find the Show settings option.
3.Click on the All option.
4.Now, from the left panel in the Video section, click on Filters.
5.On the right panel, check the Sharpen video filter and Video post-processing filter box.
6.Click on Save.
7.Then, double-click on the Filters option in the Video section. This will expand it.
8.Click on the Postproc option and set the Post-processing quality to 6.
9.Next, click on the Sharpen option and set the Sharpen strength to 15.
10.Select the Swscale option and set the Scaling mode to Lanczos.
11.At the end, click on Save button.
