Method 1 – Perform A Clean Boot:
Performing a clean boot will disable all the unessential apps and services that can be causing the crashing of the computer. To perform a clean boot:
1.Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run utility.
2.Type msconfig.
3.Press Enter to open the System Configuration dialog.
4.Select the Services tab.
5.Check the Hide all Microsoft services box.
6.Click on the Disable all option to disable all the unnecessary services.
7.Click on the Startup tab.
8.Then click on the Open Task Manager option.
9.The Task Manager will open on your screen.
10.Select the Startup tab.
11.Disable all the apps in the list.
12.Right-click on the app.
13.Select the Disable option.
14.At the end, restart your computer to boot in the clean boot environment.
