Method 1 – By Using The Keyboard Shortcut:
It is the easiest method to turn on or off the sticky keys. Just press the shift key five times continuously in a row, and the sticky keys will turn on. Similarly, press again the shift key 5 times to turn it off. However, any specific dialogue box will not appear, but you will hear a sound on the 5th press that it has been disabled.
Method 2 – By Using The Settings App:
To disable the Sticky keys:
1.Press the Windows key.
2.Type Settings in the search bar.
3.Click on the top option.
4.The Settings app will open on your screen.
5.Select the Ease of Access option.
6.Click on the Keyboard option.
7.Now, locate and disable the Use Sticky Keys toggle.
Method 3 – By Using Control Panel:
To disable Sticky Keys from the control panel, follow the steps:
1.Press the Windows key.
2.Type Control panel in the search bar.
3.Select the appropriate option.
4.After the control panel opens on your screen, click on the Ease of Access option.
5.Next, select the Ease of Access Centre option.
6.In the Explore All Settings section, locate the ” Make keyboard easier to use ” option and click on it.
7.In the Make it easier to type section, uncheck the Turn on Sticky Keys box.
8.Finally, click on Apply and OK to save the changes.
How To Turn On Sticky Keys?
To enable the Sticky keys, just press the shift key five times continuously in a row, and the sticky keys will turn on. A confirmation dialogue will appear. Click on Yes and it will get enabled.
