Method 1 – Open Firefox In Safe Mode:
If you get the Print Preview Error, then open the Firefox in Safe Mode. It will ensures that the most essential settings of Firefox are active and all the add-ons are disabled. To do so:
1.Hold the Shift key.
2.Open Firefox as you normally do.
3.A dialog will pop-up on your screen.
4.Click on yes to open Firefox in Safe Mode.
